Terms and Conditions

Studio policy

A maximum of 10 clients are able to attend a group session.

All sessions run for a total of 45 – 50 minutes.

As a courtesy to others, mobile phones are not to be used during class.

Please let your trainer know of any injuries or concerns prior to the class commencing.

Grip socks are compulsory for hygiene and safety reasons.

Out of consideration for the trainer, other clients, and your safety, if you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your class, our trainers reserve the right to refuse you participating.

You must be at least 16 years of age to attend

Pregnant clients may participate in group classes up until 16 weeks.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations need to be made more than 10 hours prior to your class to avoid forfeiting your session. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however as there are limited spaces available, we need to enforce fair and consistent standards. Cancelling a session will allow wait listed clients to take your place in the class. Failure to cancel, a $10 late cancellation fee will be deducted from your nominated account.

If you reserve space in a class and do not show up without cancelling online or contacting us, a $10 fee will be debited from your account.

Purchases & Payment

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable between individuals

Our introductory offer is valid one time only to new clients.

All memberships will be deducted every Monday. This will be paid by either direct debit or bank transfer.

Payment must be made prior to booking. You must either have pre-purchased sessions on your account or pay at the time of booking in the studio 

Membership

All contracts require minimum of 12 weeks commitment

Contract termination will be require 30 Days written notice.

We reserve the right to terminate your contract if you fail to follow our terms and conditions.

We offer 2 weeks free suspension on your membership per calendar year. All suspension requests to be in writing 1 week prior.

Bookings

You are required to book into a class prior to attending. This can be done online via Mindbody.

If a class is full, we offer a waitlist system that is automated to let you know via sms/email as soon as a space becomes available. Should you receive this offer, you are under no obligation to take the class, however we do ask that you respond by accepting or declining the offer. If you cannot attend, your place will be offered to the next client on the waitlist. Failure to respond to the waitlist offer will result in a forfeited session.

Session packs will activate from the date of purchase. 

Personal Agreement

I understand that classes may be physically strenuous, and that full care must be taken when receiving instructions and performing exercises. I accept that there is potential risk of personal injury, property loss or death, and I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Element Pilates or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Element Pilates will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. If in the unlikely circumstances your property is to go missing, please report it to a staff member immediately.

I understand that booking into a class with Element Pilates demonstrates that I agree with the above Terms & Conditions.
